Morgan Fong, General Counsel at Instacart

Today, my guest is Morgan Fong, General Counsel at Instacart where he leads the legal department and advises the Company on a wide range of legal, governance, policy and business issues. Prior to joining Instacart, Morgan was in-house counsel at Trulia, an online real estate portal, where he led the company’s commercial, IP, privacy and product counseling functions.

Morgan began his career in private practice at the law firms of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati P.C. and Fenwick & West LLP, representing public and private companies in a variety of corporate and intellectual property matters. Morgan is a graduate of Yale University receiving a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and East Asian Studies and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
