In my continuing series on remote leadership, my guest today is Tim Powers, who has served as the Managing Partner of Haynes and Boone, LLP since 2015. He led the growth of the firm’s international practice and is widely credited with spearheading the legal development of the subscription secured credit facility market, helping to build Haynes and Boone into a global leader in the representation of U.S. and foreign commercial and investment banks in subscription financings for private equity funds.
