Seth Zachary, Chairman of Paul Hastings

Today, my guest is Seth Zachary, the Chairman of Paul Hastings and a partner in the tax practice where he focuses on general, corporate, and real estate tax-related problems as well as foreign tax issues.

Seth represents numerous corporations and investment banks in the federal, state, and local tax arenas. He is also a frequent lecturer on tax topics for the New York University Tax Institute, the Practising Law Institute, The University of Southern California as well as a part-time faculty member at NYU Law School. Seth holds a BA from Case Western Reserve University, a JD from George Washington University Law School and an LLM from New York University Law School.
