Rezwan Pavri, Partner at Wilson Sonsini

Today, my guest is Rezwan Pavri, Partner at Wilson Sonsini who works with private and public technology and life sciences companies through all stages of their growth, as well as with investment banks, venture capital firms, and private equity firms. He currently serves on the firm’s board of directors. Rezwan represents an extensive number of private and start-up companies in matters ranging from incorporation and initial capitalization to venture capital and debt financing and board fiduciary duties.

Rezwan also regularly represents public companies in securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, and corporate governance matters. In addition, he has extensive experience in counseling public companies and their boards of directors on defensive measures, disclosure matters, and other complex securities and corporate law issues. Rezwan holds a JD from Columbia Law School, a BA from UCLA and an MA from Columbia University.
