Today, my guest is Rich McDerby, a Partner at Manatt who leads the firm’s venture capital and emerging companies practice, as well as the Firm’s San Francisco office. For over two decades, Rich has worked closely with investors and early-stage growth and mid-market companies across a wide range of industries. Rich’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital finance, strategic transactions and general corporate representation.
