Paul Llewellyn, Lawyer and Author

Today, my guest is Paul Llewellyn, Founding Partner of Lewis + Llewellyn and highly experienced civil litigator and trial lawyer whom The Daily Journal has named one of the top 100 lawyers in California.  Based on peer review, for the past few years SuperLawyers has named him one of the top 100 lawyers in Northern California.

Paul is a frequent speaker, lecturing regularly on all aspects of litigation practice and procedure, and is the author of the Amazon best-selling book, Unshackled: Reimagining the Practice of Law.  He has appeared regularly on numerous television outlets including NBC, ABC, Fox, CBS, NewsNation and Inside Edition.  Paul has also has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he taught legal research and writing, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the British American Business Council.  Paul is a “door tenant” of 3 Hare Court in Temple, London, one of England’s leading sets of barristers’ chambers.  He remains qualified to practice law in England and Wales, as well as in California.
