Neeta Sahadev, Partner at White & Case

Today, my guest is Neeta Sahadev, a Partner at White & Case where she represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of transactions, including strategic acquisitions, cross-border transactions, SPACs, joint ventures, partnerships and private investments, in a broad range of industries, including technology, gaming, aviation, cyber, e-commerce, security, and fintech.

Prior to joining White & Case, Neeta practiced as an M&A attorney in the Toronto office of a global law firm. Neeta is a current board of director of SABA-NC (South Asian Bar Association of Northern California). Neeta holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and a BA (Double Major in Economics and Criminology) from the University of Toronto.
