Michael Rhodes, Partner at Cooley

Today, my guest is Michael Rhodes, Co-Chair of Cooley's privacy & data protection and internet practice groups, who pairs his deep domain expertise with years of courtroom experience in handling the most challenging matters for leading technology companies.

His experience spans intellectual property litigation of all types, privacy and data breach class actions, and high-profile trial engagements. Michael has formerly served in numerous management roles for the firm over the past two decades, including as the chair of the firm's national litigation department and member of its management committee. Michael holds a JD from Loyola Law School and a BA from UCLA.
