Murray Indick, Partner at MoFo

Today my guest is Murray Indick, a Partner at Morrison & Foerster where where he is also Co-chair of the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital group. Murray has more than thirty years of corporate law, investment fund and related experience, both in private practice and as partner and general counsel to Blum Capital Partners (1997-2004), and partner and general counsel to Prides Capital Partners (2004-2010).

In aggregate, those firms raised and deployed approximately $6 billion during his tenure, and made investments around the world. In 2015, Murray was one of just 12 attorneys from the Bay Area named to BTI Consulting Group’s list of “Client Service All-Stars.” Chambers USA and Legal 500 have recognized Murray as a national leading lawyer for Startups and Emerging Companies. Since 2017, Legal 500 US has also recognized Murray for his M&A/Corporate work. Murray holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
