Marie Oh Huber, SVP and General Counsel at eBay

Today, my guest is Marie Oh Huber, Senior VP, General Counsel and Secretary at eBay, where she heads the global legal and government relations function.

Prior to joining eBay, Marie served as Sr. VP, General Counsel and Secretary at Agilent and prior to that, she held senior legal positions at Hewlett Packard.  Marie is a strong champion for diversity and inclusion and has received a Women’s Legal Defense and Education Fund’s 2015 Women of Achievement Award, a 2014 National Diversity Council's Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology distinction, and an Inside Counsel Transformative Leadership Award.  She has a BA in Economics cum laude from Yale, studied at the London School of Economics and received her JD from the Northwestern University School of Law.
