Lauren Creel, Partner at Cooley

Today, my guest is Lauren Creel, a Partner at Cooley who primarily represents start ups and venture capital funds, with an emphasis on early-stage companies and financings. She also has experience with public offerings for both domestic and foreign private issuers, SEC reporting and compliance and mergers and acquisitions.

In her former career, Lauren worked for several economic consulting firms, supporting expert witnesses in class action litigation and qui tam lawsuits. Lauren holds a JD at the University of Texas School of Law where she was Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review.
