Today, my guest is Jonathan Tam, a Partner at Paul, Weiss and member of the Product Liability practice group. Jonathan is an experienced trial lawyer and one of California’s leading product liability and mass tort litigators. He represents major pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies and consumer electronic companies, and other innovative companies in their most complex and high-stakes product liability litigations, mass torts, class actions, and civil actions filed by state attorneys general.
