Today, my guest is Jason Hirsch, a Partner at Nixon Peabody who leads the firm’s Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Platforms & Emerging Technologies Team. Jason is a trusted adviser who provides strategic counsel to clients on high-stakes, global challenges at the intersection of law, business, and government policy. Jason’s practice focuses on helping leading technology companies and many other companies leveraging emerging technologies navigate rapidly evolving legal, regulatory, and reputational risks. He has significant experience representing clients in complex commercial, class action, and appellate litigation, handling government and internal investigations, and counseling clients on regulatory strategy. Jason regularly advises a broad set of companies on the development, use, and governance of AI systems; digital platforms on product design and the development and implementation of content moderation programs; and growing technology companies on navigating highly regulated industries.
