Jared Bobrow, Partner at Weil Gotshal

Today, my guest is Jared Bobrow,  Co-Chair of Weil Gotshal’s Patent Litigation practice nationally, where he specializes in trying and litigating complex patent cases nationwide. Since the late 1980’s, Jared has been involved extensively in all aspects of patent litigation, including trying numerous jury and bench trials.  

Jared has served as lead counsel in numerous patent infringement actions and has first-chaired dozens of claim construction, summary judgment and preliminary injunction hearings. In addition, he has argued successfully before the Federal Circuit and is an experienced advocate in IPR and CBMR proceedings.  Jared graduated from Columbia Law School, where he served on the Columbia Law Review and clerked for the Honorable Charles P. Sifton (E.D.N.Y.).
