T. Hale Boggs, Partner at Manatt Phelps

Today, my guest is Hale Boggs, a partner in Manatt’s corporate and finance, capital markets and venture capital / emerging companies practice areas who splits his time between the firm’s Los Angeles and northern California offices.

Hale chairs the firm’s nationwide Business Development Committee and is the Chair of Manatt Digital. I sat down with Hale to talk with him about his late father Thomas ("Tommy") Hale Boggs, Jr., the name partner of the prestigious Washington, DC firm Patton Boggs, which merged with Squire Sanders Dempsey in 2014 to form Squire Patton Boggs.
