Greg Raiten, Co-Founder of TechGC

Today, my guest is Greg Raiten, Co-Founder of Tech GC and The Suite. After graduating from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in CS and NYU Law School, Greg spent 5 years at law firms (Latham and then Gunderson), gradually working his way closer to the startup world.

Then in 2013, he became the General Counsel at a venture fund and spent the next 6 years as the GC/COO at two different funds (500 Startups and then FirstMark Capital). Greg started TechGC as a small side project in early 2015, which quickly grew into a thriving, nationwide community. He eventually made the leap to do TechGC full-time in mid-2019, and now he combines his background as a GC with his business and technical experience to build the next great professional community platform.
