Evan Chesler, Chairman of Cravath Swaine & Moore

Today, my guest is Evan Chesler, Chairman of Cravath Swaine & Moore, who has been widely recognized as a leading trial lawyer by numerous professional publications, including Chambers USA, Chambers Global, The Best Lawyers in America, The American Lawyer, Benchmark Litigation, The Legal 500 United States, Law Dragon and Super Lawyers.

Evan is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a fellow of the NY Bar Foundation. He is the President of the Institute of Judicial Administration, the oldest nonpartisan organization in the United States devoted to the education of the judiciary. He is also a member of the Council of The American Law Institute, a Trustee of the Federal Bar Council and a Trustee of the Supreme Court Historical Society. Evan holds a AB (with highest honors) from NYU and a JD (cum laude) from NYU School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and Editor of the Law Review.
