Dana Wagner, Chief Legal Officer at Twilio

Today, my guest is Dana Wagner, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at Twilio, who has worked in a variety of senior positions in technology companies and in government. Most recently, Dana was the Chief Legal Officer at Impossible Foods, where he oversaw the company’s legal, policy, quality control, and security operations.

Dana currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Centre Consortium, a cryptocurrency organization focused on stablecoin technology, and on the board of a nonprofit devoted to teaching computer literacy to young adults in Oakland, California. Dana received his undergraduate degrees in Economics and Comparative Literature from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from Yale Law School.
