Creighton Condon, Chairman of Shearman & Sterling

Today, my guest is Creighton Condon, Chairman (Senior Partner) of Shearman & Sterling. Formerly the European Managing Partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Creighton represents multinational corporations in acquisitions and sales of public and private companies and in joint ventures and regularly provides advice regarding issues of corporate governance and control and shareholder activism. Creighton also represents the mergers and acquisitions groups of a number of investment banks. Creighton holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Columbia Law School.
