Mike Callahan, Chief Legal Officer at Rivian

Today, my (repeat) guest is Mike Callahan, Chief Legal Officer at Rivian. Mike also serves on the board of FiscalNote, Inc. (NYSE:NOTE). Mike joined Rivian from Stanford University, where he served as Executive Director of the Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance and Professor of the Practice of Law.

Before entering academia, Mike was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at LinkedIn where he oversaw legal, regulatory, intellectual property, government relations, compliance, ethics and corporate governance matters.

Before that, Mike was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Ten-X and Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Yahoo! Inc. Mike holds a JD from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. from Georgetown University, where he was member of the Lightweight Crew team.
