Don Liu, EVP and Chief Legal Officer at Target Corp

Today, my guest is Don Liu, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Target Corp, where he oversees all legal, corporate governance and governmental affairs.  

Prior to joining Target, Don was EVP, General Counsel and Secretary at Xerox Corporation; and he has also held legal leadership roles at Toll Brothers, IKON Office Solutions and Aetna U.S. Healthcare. A strong advocate and speaker on promoting diversity -- specifically Asian Americans -- in the legal profession, Don is a member of the Comcast Asian American Diversity Advisory Council, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and was the former Chairman of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association. Don holds degrees from Haverford College and Columbia Law School.
