Isobel Jones, General Counsel at Sovos Brands

Today, my guest is Isobel Jones, who was most recently General Counsel at Sovos Brands (now part of Campbell’s). Isobel is a corporate attorney with 25 years’ experience advising public and private companies and Boards. She has a strong background in securities compliance, corporate governance, corporate secretary duties, mergers & acquisitions, debt offerings and corporate law.

Prior to Sovos, Isobel was General Counsel at Sun Basket, Diamond Foods, Annie’s Inc., Peet’s Coffee & Tea and Associate GC at Del Monte Foods. Isobel began her legal career at Cooley. She holds a JD from Harvard Law School, a BA from Harvard University and spent a year in Japan at Nishimura & Partners before law school.
