Brad Kondracki, Partner at MoFo

Today, my guest is Brad Kondracki, a Partner at MoFo whose practice focuses on representing emerging growth companies throughout their life cycle from formation to exit in a broad range of corporate and securities law matters,

including venture capital financings, corporate formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

In this capacity, he often serves in the role of outside general counsel to his private company clients. Brad also has significant experience advising venture capital firms and other institutional investors on financings and other strategic investments and transactions.

Brad holds a JD from UPenn Law School and a BS from Cornell. In addition to graduating from college with a degree in Computer Science, Brad placed eighth at the World Series of Poker’s Main Event while a law student.
