Today, my guest is Jason Rabbitt-Tomita, a Partner at Baker Botts Palo Alto office. Jason represents clients in a wide variety of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and financings. He has represented clients in the technology, finance, retail, and energy industries in both U.S. and cross-border deals, with a deal value of $100 billion.

Jason has been lead adviser on many notable M&A transactions for some of the world’s most well-known tech companies. Jason spent many years living in Japan, both as before law school and as an attorney. He holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from Brown University.
