Today, my guest is Jessica Taub Rosenberg, a Partner at Kasowitz Benson Torres and Co-Chair of the firm’s Employment Practices and Litigation group, who is a leading trial lawyer in the employment field, having represented employers and prominent senior executives for over a decade in employment-related litigation before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels. Jessica regularly defends claims of discrimination, retaliation and harassment; disputes involving the enforcement of employment contracts and non-competition covenants; and tort claims such as fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference and defamation.
