Steve Susman (Susman Godfrey) and Century Bike Rides

downloadToday, my guest is Steve Susman, a former Supreme Court Clerk (to Hugo Black) and Founding Partner of Susman Godfrey.  At the age of 68, Steve challenged himself to make his first long distance bike ride by entering into MS150, the largest bike ride supporting multiple sclerosis in the country.  Hiring a personal trainer and training in Central Park in the dead of winter, Steve not only successfully completed the race, he later became the largest fundraiser and got to wear “#1” on his bike and jersey.  I made a date with Steve that if he was still riding at the age of 80, he would come back and tell me about it!
