Mark Stevens, Partner at Fenwick & West

Today, my guest is Mark Stevens, a Partner at Fenwick & West who works with emerging companies, investment banks, and venture capital and other technology investors on complex corporate and transactional matters, as well as with mature companies in their tech-related initiatives.

As a lawyer and a business principal, Mark has led teams handling merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions with total announced value well in excess of $50 billion. He has directed dozens of initial public offerings and hundreds of strategic alliance transactions, ranging from technology and distribution partnerships to multinational joint venture transactions.  Mark holds a BS (magna cum laude) from Santa Clara University and a JD (Order of the Coif) from Northwestern Law School.
